I requested the screening report, but it says "waiting on applicant for screening report." When will I get the report?

If you are seeing this message underneath the applicant's name and have not yet received a report, it means we are still waiting on the applicant to verify their identity.

When you request the applicant's screening report, the renter will receive an email or text asking them to answer a few identity verification questions.

The applicant will need to authorize you to view their credit report and verify their identity. They will be required to enter their Social Security Number, income, and date of birth, and then answer a few auto-generated identity verification questions provided by TransUnion.

As soon as they complete the verification process, you will be notified via email and you can log in to TurboTenant to review their screening report.

This verification process helps to make sure that you get the most accurate possible screening report and also makes it so you as a landlord/property manager do not have to go through the involved on-site inspection process that persons wishing to pull credit would typically have to undergo.
