If your applicant did not receive the screening request email, the first step is to make sure that you have the correct email for the renter and that they've checked their spam or junk folder.

If their email is incorrect or they're not finding the email in their junk/spam folder, you can reach out to our Colorado-based support team and they'll be happy to assist you!

Note: The applicant can still approve their screening report without the email request. They would just need to log in to their account, then click "approve request!"
