Requesting a Screening Report from Applicants
Step 1 - Login
Step 2 - Click on Applicants (either the button on the dashboard or in the toolbar on the left)
This will take you to a list of your applicants and their applications.
Step 3 - Click Request Screening Report in the applicant's profile.
Step 4 - The applicant authorizes the report and verifies their identity
When you request the applicant's screening report, they will be sent an email prompting them to answer a few identity verification questions from the credit bureau. A status of Waiting on Applicant for Screening Report will display in their profile.
As soon as they authorize the report you will be notified. You can then log in to TurboTenant to review their screening report.
TurboTenant Pro Tips
Once you request a screening report, an email prompting the prospective renter to verify their identity and share their report with you will be immediately sent to the renter.
As soon as the identity verification is completed by the renter, the screening report will be delivered to the landlord's TurboTenant account and an email will be sent to the landlord letting them know the screening report is ready.
