To save the Applicant's screening report for your records, follow these simple steps.
If the applicant or tenant wants a copy of their screening report, we are happy to provide it to them. We will need a copy of their photo ID to send the report; more information is in this help center article: How Can a Renter Obtain a Copy of Their Screening Report?
In your landlord portal:
Step 1 - Click Applicants or Tenants
Step 2 - Click View Applicant
Step 3 - Click Screening Report
Step 4 - Click the Print
This will allow you to print or save the screening report as a PDF for your records.
