Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my listing to be published to third-party sites?

When using TurboTenant's marketing feature, your property is immediately live on TurboTenant, and other listing websites will be updated within 48 hours.

There is a delay between the time you turn on the marketing online feature to the time that your listing appears because each listing website has its own schedule for updating listings.

Why am I not seeing my listing on each third-party site?

Each listing website has different requirements for listings, with some being specific to a geographic region. As such, your property will not appear on all listed sites.

Will my listing be published on Zillow?

As Zillow is now requiring payment for listings in all 50 states, they no longer share our property listings on their sites. We will continue listing on sites that do not require payment for property listing, like Rent.com and Realtor.com.

You may occasionally receive a lead listed as coming from the "Zillow Group" but that usually means your property was listed on one of Zillow's subsidiaries such as HotPads or Trulia.
