So that you know, you may have a rental in TurboTenant but still need to set up the listing page for that rental property. You'll first need to set up the listing page to turn marketing on for a rental. Please take a look at how to do so here.

If you haven't done so yet, you will be asked to verify your phone number to begin marketing online - this is an important measure to prevent fraud and protect renters and property owners alike.

Once you've entered the code to verify your phone number, your rental listing will be posted to dozens of rental listing sites. Marketing Online will be automatically turned off after 30 days unless you renew or extend Marketing Online. So if you still need to fill your property by then, make sure to renew it!

Note: Your listing will not be visible on 3rd party websites until about 24-48 hours after you turn on marketing in TurboTenant.
