TurboTenant's Referral Program
If you refer a friend to TurboTenant, you both get a $25 Amazon gift card - let's show you how.
In your landlord dashboard's menu bar, you can click on "Give $25. Get $25" or scroll down to select "Referrals"
💡 If you're not subscribed to our paid plans, you may see the option to "Upgrade" instead of "Give $25. Get $25." You can still refer other landlords by clicking Referrals in the blue menu bar!
There are two options when referring other landlords:
1) Copy the referral link and share it
2) Enter your friend's email and a message to them, then click Send Invite
You and your referral will receive a $25 gift card from Amazon once your referral does any of the following:
Receives a screening report or application
Purchases a lease agreement
Subscribes to our yearly subscription plan
There is no limit to the number of landlords you can refer or the number of gift cards you can earn!
Note: Make sure your friend uses your link to sign up in order to receive the cards!
FAQs
Q: I referred another landlord, but I have not received my $25 gift card. When will I get it?
A: If you referred another landlord but have not received your $25 gift card, the following scenarios are possible:
They have not signed up or have signed up but have not met the requirements, such as receiving a screening report or application, purchasing a lease agreement, or subscribing to our yearly subscription plan.
They did not use the referral link. If they do not use the referral link, Turbotenant is not notified of their sign-up or qualifications activity.
If you think there is an error, please let our team know and provide the email and name of the other landlord you referred.
