If you accidentally created a landlord account through TurboTenant, there's an easy solution.

There are no costs or membership fees to use TurboTenant, so you'll simply sign out of the landlord account and sign in to your renter account here.

You can also email our Customer Experience agents at support@turbotenant.com to deactivate the account.

  • If you no longer want to receive emails, you can click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of our marketing emails or let us know and we can remove you.

  • If you have a suggestion for a new TurboTenant feature, or have feedback on current features, reach out to our support team. We'd be happy to pass that feedback along to our product team!
