How Do I Change My Password as a Renter?

Learn how to change your password in order to access the tenant portal. All in 4 easy steps!

How to update your password on the web:


Step 1: Login to your TurboTenant account and click Settings


Step 2: Click Change Password


Step 3: Enter the current password, then your new password Please enter the new password again to confirm the change.


Step 4: Click "Change" to save the new password


How to update your password in the TurboTenant Renter App


Step 1: Log in to your app and select "More" and then "Settings"


Step 2: Select "Change Password"


Step 3: Enter the current password, then your new password Please enter the new password again to confirm the change.


Step 4 - Click "Change My Password" to save the new password


TurboTip:

If you forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" from the Login screen and wait for an email to reset your password. Within the email, you'll be able to set your password! You can also jump here to see those steps!
