The Summary tab provides a high-level overview of your applicant's progress through the leasing process. From here, you can quickly review their application status, screening progress, verification status, and navigate to additional details.
Renter Journey
The Renter Journey tracks where an applicant is in the leasing process.
Lead - The applicant has submitted their initial information or completed your pre-screening questions.
Application - The applicant has completed their rental application.
Screening Report - The applicant's credit, criminal, and eviction screening report has been completed and is ready to review.
Verification - Income and document verification has been completed, if requested.
Decision - The final stage of the process where you review the applicant and decide whether to accept or decline them.
Application Overview
The Application Overview provides a quick summary of your applicant's information, such as:
Application status
Desired move-in date
Number of occupants
Self-reported income
Pets
Smoking status
To view their full application, you can click on Application to view their complete application.
If the applicant did not submit a rental application through TurboTenant, you'll see the option to Add Application Info so you can manually enter their details.

Note: Income Verification statuses are only available with the Pro plan and require Income Verification powered by Snappt.

Navigation Tabs
Use the navigation tabs at the top of the page to review additional information about your applicant.
Application
Select the Application tab to review the applicant's complete rental application, including their rental history, employment information, references, and responses to application questions.
Screening Report
Once the screening report has been completed, select the Screening Report tab to review the applicant's:
Credit report
Criminal background check
Eviction history
If the screening report isn't available yet, the applicant may still need to complete identity verification with the credit bureau before the report can be generated.
Messages
Select the Messages tab to view your conversation history with the applicant.
