How Do I Edit the Contact Information on My Listing?

Learn how to set listing-specific contact information on your rental property listing, including name and phone number, from the Edit Listing page.

By default, your rental listing displays the name and phone number from your TurboTenant account profile. If you'd like to use different contact details for a specific property — such as a company name or a separate phone number — you can set listing-specific contact information directly from the Edit Listing page.

Note: If you update your account profile name or phone number, those changes will automatically apply to any listings using the default account profile setting. Listings using listing-specific contact info will not be affected.

On the Web

  1. Log in to your TurboTenant account and open the Properties tab. Select the property you’d like to update, then click Edit Listing.

  2. Scroll to the Contact Information section and click Edit.

  3. By default, your account profile information will appear. If you'd like to use different contact details for this listing, select Use different contact info for this listing.

  4. Enter the contact name and phone number you’d like displayed, then click Save Changes.

Best Practice: Enter your listing-specific contact details before publishing your listing. If you update contact information after the listing is already published, it may take up to 48 hours for the new details to appear on third-party listing sites.

Q: Can I switch back to using my account profile info after setting listing-specific contact info?

A: Yes. You can return to the Contact Information section in Edit Listing at any time and switch back to your account profile info. Your account profile name and phone number will then display on that listing going forward.

Q: Will changing my account profile name or phone number affect my listing-specific contact info?

A: No. Listing-specific contact info is static — it won't be affected by any changes made to your account profile. Only listings using the default account profile setting will reflect those updates automatically.
