Tenant Placement is a one-time service designed to help you find and secure a qualified renter.
Cost:
$1,500 one-time fee per property
You are charged only after a tenant signs the lease.
Monthly Management Fee
$250 per month subscription, $100 per additional property
This flat monthly fee covers both tenant placement and ongoing property management.

When Does Billing Start?
Your $250/month Autopilot subscription will be deducted from your account after the tenant signs the lease and pays the deposit and will be billed on a monthly basis.
Autopilot includes tenant placement in the monthly fee, so there is no separate placement charge.
How Rent & Security Deposits Are Handled
Security deposits are sent directly to your bank account.
Rent payments are collected through TurboTenant and deposited into your linked account.
The monthly Autopilot fee is processed separately.
You receive 100% of the rent. Your management fee is not deducted from tenant payments.
