1) Tenant Placement (one-time)
A one-time service focused on getting your unit filled.

2) Fully Managed (monthly)
Everything included in Tenant Placement as well as ongoing support after a tenant is placed.

Q: Do I still choose the tenant?
A: Whether you are using Tenant Placement or Autopilot, you approve the applicant who will be the tenant!
Q: When do I pay?
A: Autopilot includes a no-risk guarantee: you don’t pay until a quality tenant is found.
Q: What if I have multiple units and want to use Autopilot?
A: Fully Managed is $250/month plus $100/month for each additional unit.
