Welcome to TurboTenant: Important Information for Azibo Landlords

A guide to help you transition from Azibo to TurboTenant.

What's happening?

Azibo is shutting down its property management services. Here's the good news: TurboTenant has stepped in with our comprehensive platform to not only ensure uninterrupted payments but to provide you with an even better property management experience.

This means that TurboTenant is now your platform for managing your properties. We’re excited to welcome you to our platform and have worked closely with Azibo to ensure a smooth transition.

Most importantly, your rent payments, tenant information, and property management activities will continue without any disruption!

🚨 Important: Please do not create your TurboTenant account until you receive an email to set your password.

This could prevent your data from being transferred properly from Azibo to TurboTenant.

Are you an Azibo user who already has a TurboTenant account? Learn more here.

What this means for you:

  • Your TurboTenant account has been automatically created with all your information

  • Your tenants will receive access to their TurboTenant Renter Portal.

  • Your rent payments will continue processing automatically without any action needed

  • Historical information (including old applications, screening reports, maintenance requests, messages, etc.) will remain accessible in Azibo's view-only mode

  • You've received 6 months of free access to TurboTenant Premium and Accounting features

After your transition, Azibo will become "view-only" for accessing your historical information.


Your Payment Information

Good news! Your payments will continue without interruption:

  • Bank Accounts: Your bank account information will be securely transferred, so your tenants' payments will get deposited into the right place

  • Payment Methods: All your tenants’ payment methods will be transferred securely—no need to re-enter information

  • Automatic Payments: If your tenants have autopay enabled, it will continue working exactly as before—no action is needed

  • Payment History: Your complete payment history will be available for you and your tenants in your new accounts

Recommended Action: When you receive access to your new TurboTenant account, please take a moment to log in and verify that your properties, tenants, and payment information appear correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to do anything to ensure my rent payments continue?

A: No! Your rent payments will continue to process automatically and be deposited to the same bank accounts you were using with Azibo.

Q: Will my tenants need to set up new payment methods?

A: No, all existing payment methods will be transferred. If they had automatic payments set up, those will continue without any action needed.

Q: Will my tenants know about this change?

A: Yes, we'll send your tenants an email with information about their new TurboTenant Renter Portal and mobile app.

Q: Can I still see my payment history from Azibo?

A: Yes! Your complete payment history will be available in both TurboTenant and Azibo. While payment records will transfer to TurboTenant, some historical items will only be available in Azibo's view-only access, including past rental applications, screening reports, uploaded documents, maintenance request history, and previous message threads.

Q: What happens after my 6-month free period?

A: After 6 months, you can continue with TurboTenant Premium and Accounting at our regular rates, or switch to our free basic plan.
