Our dedicated customer support team, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, is ready to respond quickly to your chats and emails during office hours. We offer convenient online support for landlords and renters through chat and email, available seven days a week.

When we’re offline, our friendly AI assistant, Fin, is here to help 24/7. Fin can answer questions, walk you through common steps, and point you in the right direction - so you’ll always have support when you need it.


Chat & Email Support Hours

Monday through Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time.

Our online support system allows us to efficiently gather the technical details needed to resolve issues quickly, ensuring you receive the best service possible. This streamlined approach also helps us keep most features free for landlords.


Chat Support

Renters and landlords have access to support on the Mobile Web or Computer via chat and email. Renters currently do not have access to phone support. To use chat support, locate the blue question mark (?) in the bottom right corner of the screen to start a conversation.

When you open a chat, Fin, our 24/7 AI assistant, will be the first to help. Fin can answer many questions right away, and if you need more support, our Fort Collins team is ready to step in during office hours.

To minimize the messenger box (bubble box), click the downward arrow to the bottom right.


Exclusive Phone Support for Paid Plans (for landlords)

Landlord users who are subscribed to our paid plans have access to our phone support team from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MT. This exclusive feature enhances your support experience and is designed specifically for landlords seeking more immediate assistance. Non-subscribers can upgrade to here.

As a subscriber, you can find our phone number in the help section of your account, whether you're using a computer or the mobile app. Below are the steps to access phone support:

Mobile:
1. Click on More in the lower right corner of your screen

2. Click Help > Scroll down, click the phone number, and give us a call!

Computer:

  1. Log in to your TurboTenant account and navigate to the left-hand menu.

  1. Click on 'Need Help?' to display the phone number and get in touch with support.


Holiday Support Hours

Our Live Customer Support team will be unavailable on the following holidays. During these times, phone, chat, and live assistance will be closed.

  • New Year’s Day - January 1

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day - January 19

  • Memorial Day - May 25

  • Independence Day - July 4

  • TurboTenant Day - August 14

  • Labor Day - September 1

  • Thanksgiving Day - November 26

You can still access our Help Center articles and chat with our AI tool, Fin, at any time. Messages submitted during a holiday will be addressed when our support team returns on the next business day
