What to know: Azibo Users with a TurboTenant Account

Depending on your accounts' statuses, we will take different actions before Azibo closes down operations later in 2025.

If you've been notified that your account is frozen in TurboTenant, you are in the Group 1.

Group 1 - Your Azibo account has properties, payments, and/or tenants and your TurboTenant account does not.

  1. We will migrate your account information to TurboTenant. We will do this as a courtesy to maintain continuity in your payments.

  2. What you should do. Review this information in this article to understand the situation better. We will communicate with you through email during the process. You can reach out to [email protected] with any questions.

Group 2 - Your Azibo account has properties, payments, and/or tenants and your TurboTenant account does, too.

  1. We will not migrate your account for you. You know best what data is more trustworthy.

  2. What you should do: Migrate your properties, tenants, and payments to TurboTenant before Azibo closes down operations.

Group 3 - Your Azibo account does not have properties, payments, or tenants, and your TurboTenant account doesn't either.

  1. We will not migrate your account. Since there is no data to migrate, your account in Azibo will close down later in 2025. You can continue using TurboTenant.

  2. What you should do: No action is necessary.
