Introduction
We're thrilled to introduce Livble, a flexible rent payment solution designed to give you more control over your finances. If you've been granted early access to this feature, you'll be able to split your rent payment into 2, 3, or 4 chunks to be paid back throughout the month, all while ensuring your landlord is paid upfront.
What is Livble?
Livble is a credit product that allows you to set your own rent payment schedule. Instead of making a large sum payment, you can divide your rent into smaller, manageable portions. This not only simplifies your budgeting but also ensures that your landlord receives the full rent amount upfront.
Cost of Livble
Livble is available for a monthly service fee of $30 as long as you have an active balance with the feature. Besides that, you'll be charged your balance according to your selected schedule.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must meet the criteria below to have the Livble option for your rent payment:
Payment Date: The rent payment date must fall between the 28th of the previous month and the 9th of the current month. This is the Livble cycle date. If your payment date falls outside of this or you do not pay within this window, you will not see the option to use Livble.
Balance Due: You must have a rent balance due. The rent balance due can be past due, but you must use Livble for all or nothing in terms of your balance due.
Minimum Balance: The balance due must be greater than $100.
Charge Type: Livble can only be used for recurring rent charges, not one-time charges such as utility or deposit fees, or a one-time rent charge.
π‘ Note on Eligibility:
You will have to make at least one successful payment through TurboTenant before you become eligible for Livble. If any of the above criteria is not met due to an account update, you will not be able to access the Livble feature.
How to Use Livble:
Follow these steps to take advantage of Livble:
Login: Navigate to your renter's dashboard.
Payments Tab: Click on the "Payments" section.
Choose Livble: If eligible, you'll see the Livble option.
Go Through Livble Flow: Select how to split your payment (into 2, 3, or 4 chunks).
Approval: Your eligibility will be confirmed, and your payment schedule will be set.
Landlord Payment: The full payment to the landlord will be triggered upfront according to your approved schedule.
Accessing Your Livble Account After Migrating to TurboTenant
If you previously used Livble - whether through Azibo or another property management platform - you do not need to create a new Livble account when using TurboTenant. Your existing Livble account and information will carry over.
To access your Livble account, simply log in to the TurboTenant renter portal using the same phone number you originally used to sign up for Livble. After entering your number, you'll receive a verification code via SMS. Once verified, your Livble account will automatically sync with your new TurboTenant profile.
This process applies to any renter who has used Livble in the past, including those who were migrated from Azibo, moved to a new rental, or had a landlord switch platforms (such as from Azibo to TurboTenant). As long as you sign in with the original phone number linked to your Livble account, your account will be recognized and connected.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I Don't See the Livble Option. Why?
A: If Livble is not visible in your dashboard, it's likely you haven't met one or more of the eligibility criteria; for example, you haven't made a payment through TurboTenant before.
Q: Are There Additional Fees?
A: There is a $30 monthly service fee for using Livble. Besides that, you'll be charged your balance according to your selected schedule.
Q: How Does Livble Work With My Landlord?
A: Your landlord receives the full rent payment upfront, so they are not affected by your selected payment schedule.
Q: Will Livble be used for all payments after signing up, or only the charges that were available when I signed up?
A: Livble will only be used for the charges that were available when you signed up. If you have more charges you would like to use it for after this, you will need to have your original payment plan paid off and meet the requirements again in order to sign up.
Q: I signed up for Livble through TurboTenant and keep getting an error that says, "IDENTITY REUSED." What does that mean, and how can I bypass this?
A: Identity Reused means you already have another Livble account, or there is another account that is tied to your phone number, address, or SSN. This mostly happens with partners, spouses, or potentially roommates. The general rule of thumb with Livble is: One Livble account per household or apartment unit. If you have further questions about this, we recommend contacting Livble support directly.
