At this time, once a renter has submitted their payment via TurboTenant, there is no way for TurboTenant to cancel or stop the payment. Our payment processor, Stripe, accepts and processes the payments.
If you need to, you can refund the renter outside of TurboTenant once the payment has been successfully deposited into your bank account.
