At TurboTenant, we understand that rental property owners need an accurate and easy-to-understand rent roll of their rental income and expenses. The rent roll is a record of all your rental payments and transactions. It is usually broken up into categories like rental income, deposits, and expenses.

We do not currently offer a traditional rent roll, but you'll find an "Export" button on both the "Charges" and "Deposits" tabs within the Payments section. This should give you a record of all your income and expenses for the month.

If you're looking for a more robust accounting feature, we are fully integrated with REI Hub for Accounting, and we also off a free Expense Tracking Tool you can use to manage your expenses.

If you'd like to know more about rent roll, we have a blog on What is Rent Roll? that you may find helpful as well as a webinar about 10 Ways to Perfect Your Rental Property Taxes and Accounting.

As the rental housing rental industry continues to evolve and landlords adapt to the changing regulations, it's important to have an easy-to-use and comprehensive solution to manage your rent rolls. We hope that our resources and tools will help make managing your rent rolls easier and more accurate!
