You can now enable partial payments for your lease so that roommates can split the rent or individuals can pay in increments!
Renters will be able to choose the specific amount they want to pay. The remaining balance will still appear on your payments page and lease, as well as in your renters' payments sections.
TurboTip: Renters may edit the amount being paid, but they are not able to make a payment for an amount greater than the amount being charged.
Step 1 - Login to your account and click on the Leases tab:
Step 2 - Click the lease you want to update and click Edit at the top right-hand corner of the page:
Step 3 - Scroll down to the Payments section, and select Yes on partial payments. Don't forget to save your changes!

Is it possible to enable partial payments on a lease where my tenant has already set up auto-pay? Yes, you have the option to enable partial payments on the lease profile. However, it's important to note that when your tenant has enabled auto-pay, they will not be able to set up automatic payments for a partial or one-time payment. They will need to make that payment manually.
