Finding your Payments Tab
Note: charges can only be edited within the payments tab of the lease they belong to. The general payments tab only shows the status of sent charges.
1. Login to your account
2. Navigate to the Leases section of your account, using the button on the left side of your screen.
3. Select the lease profile that contains the payment you need to edit
4. Select the payments tab
Editing and Deleting Upcoming Charges
Now that you're on the payments tab, you can see your upcoming and sent charges. To edit upcoming charges, click the pencil icon next to the upcoming charge amount.
On this page, you can edit the charge name and description, as well as the charge details such as the amount charged and the due date. There's also a button to delete the charge entirely at the bottom of this page.
Once you have made your changes, click Next and Finish Setup to save your changes.
Editing and Deleting Sent Charges
You can also edit or delete sent charges that have not yet been paid. To access the editing screen for sent charges, expand the charge by clicking the circular button next to the charge amount, and then click the edit button in the expanded charge.
Remember to save your changes by clicking Next and Finish Setup!
