In your landlord dashboard's menu bar, you can click on "Give $25. Get $25" or scroll down to select "Referrals."
💡 If you're not subscribed to our paid plans, you may see the option to "Upgrade" instead of "Give $25. Get $25." You can still refer other landlords by clicking Referrals in the blue menu bar!
Choose one of two ways to refer:

There is no limit to the number of landlords you can refer or the number of gift cards you can earn!

Q: I referred another landlord, but I have not received my $25 gift card. When will I get it?
A: If you referred another landlord but have not received your $25 gift card, the following scenarios are possible:
They have not signed up or have signed up but have not met the requirements, such as receiving a screening report or application, purchasing a lease agreement, or subscribing to our yearly subscription plan.
They did not use the referral link. If they do not use the referral link, Turbotenant is not notified of their sign-up or qualification activity.
If you think there is an error, please let our team know and provide the email and name of the other landlord you referred.
Q: Can I refer multiple friends?
A: Yes! There’s no cap on how many referrals you can make and how many reward cards you can earn - provided each referred user meets the qualifying criteria.
