Adding the TurboTenant Payments Widget on iOS
Want to keep a pulse on your properties without even opening the app? Our new payments widget lets you track payments at a glance. See what’s past due, paid, and deposited for the current month right from your home screen.
Widget Options
The Payments widget is exclusively available for your iOS Home Screen. You can choose from three sizes to fit your needs:
Small: A compact view of your Past due and Paid payment statuses for the current month.
Medium: A wider view of your Past due, Paid, and Deposited payment statuses for the current month plus quick actions.
Large: A view of your Past due, Paid, and Deposited payment statuses and a comprehensive list of your past due and unpaid charges for the current month.
Note: The widget automatically adapts to your device's Light, Dark, or Tinted display modes.

An iPhone running iOS 17 or later.

Tap and drag the widget to your preferred location on your home screen, then tap Done in the top right corner.
Managing Multiple Accounts
If your login is associated with multiple TurboTenant accounts, you can easily customize which account's data is displayed on your widget:
Long press the TurboTenant widget on your home screen until the quick actions menu appears.
Tap Edit Widget.
Select the specific account you want to display data for.
Tap anywhere outside of the popup menu to save your selections.
Note: You need to access your account in the TurboTenant app navigation before you will be able to see any payments data for that account in the widget.
Troubleshooting & Performance Tips
To make sure your widget is always displaying the most up-to-date payment information, keep these iOS behaviors in mind:
Background App Refresh: We recommend turning this setting on for TurboTenant, as it allows us to push background updates to your widget. You can check this by going to your device's Settings > TurboTenant > Background App Refresh. It can take up to 15 minutes for the data to refresh.
Battery Saver Modes: Apple limits how frequently widgets can update when your battery is critically low or when your phone is in Low Power Mode.
