If you're noticing that text in our app looks too large, runs off the screen, or gets cut off, it's possible that your phone’s system font size is set larger than usual. Our app supports system-wide accessibility settings, including font scaling, which means your text size preference on your phone affects how things appear in the app.
Here's how you can check and adjust your font size settings on your device:
For Android Users
Open your phone’s Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Display.
Tap Font size and display size.
Use the Font size slider to adjust the size.
For the best results in our app, try setting it to the default or medium position.
You can also check the Display size on the same screen, this can affect how content fits on your screen.
Tip: Some Android devices may use slightly different menu names depending on your manufacturer (e.g., Samsung, Pixel, etc.). If you can’t find it, use the search bar in your Settings app and search for “font size”.
For iPhone (iOS) Users
Open the Settings app.
Tap Accessibility.
Tap Display & Text Size.
Tap Larger Text.
Use the slider at the bottom to adjust your text size.
To return to the standard size, turn off “Larger Accessibility Sizes” at the top and move the slider to the middle.
Note: If “Larger Accessibility Sizes” is enabled, text in some apps, including ours, may appear significantly bigger and cause layout issues.
After Adjusting
Once you’ve adjusted your font settings, re-open our app and check if the text now fits properly on the screen. If issues continue, try closing and reopening the app completely or restarting your phone.
