If you'd like to delete your information, know what information is collected, or request a portable copy of your data, please follow the steps below:
1. Gather your Account ID
Renters: Go to Account > Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Landlords: Go to Account > Settings > Advanced and scroll to the bottom of the Advanced page.
2. Send your request:
Email [email protected] with your Account ID and specify whether you’d like your data deleted, to opt out, or to receive a copy.
3. What happens next:
We’ll send you a confirmation email within 10 days of receiving your request.
Your request will be completed within 45 days (as permitted by law).
Once finished, TurboTenant will send a final confirmation to let you know it’s complete.
