Disclaimer: Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, South Dakota, New Jersey, and Wyoming are 7 states that TransUnion will not provide criminal history for! New York eviction history will also no longer be displayed on reports. This is in accordance with state laws.
