How does it work?

Keeping track of all the documents for your rental property is no small task. The Documents tab within the Manage Property section was designed to make managing the documents associated with your rental property a cinch.

Uploading Documents

Step 1 - Click on Properties and then click on the property you want to add a document to.

Step 2 - Click on Documents

Step 3 - Select "Upload" or drag the document selected from your device.

Helpful notes as you get started:
1. Remember to give them a title that you’ll recognize.

2. If the document expires, like with an insurance policy, add an expiration date. We’ll send you a reminder a week before the expiration date.

Special notes when uploading documents:

  • Files must be smaller than 20MB.

  • We support the following file types: .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .pdf, .zip, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .csv, .doc, .docx.

  • This section is just for landlords. The items stored here will not be shared with tenants. Shareable items will need to be uploaded to the lease profile for the tenant, in the Documents section, where your lease is added.
