Managing Tenant Notifications
When archiving or deleting a Lease Profile, ensure tenant notifications for payments are updated to avoid confusion:
Navigate to the Payments tab within the duplicate lease profile.
Delete any monthly charges to prevent duplicate payment notifications.
Consolidating Lease Documents
If duplicate lease profiles contain different pieces of information, consolidate them into a single profile:
Use the lease profile that contains the payment history as the primary profile.
Download the completed lease agreement from the other profile.
Upload the downloaded lease agreement into the Documents section of the primary profile to ensure all information is stored in one place.
There is no button that merges two lease profiles, you would have to manually download and upload information, e.g., Lease Agreements.
Conclusion
By following these steps, you can effectively manage duplicate leases in TurboTenant, ensuring accurate records and seamless tenant communication. For further assistance, consult TurboTenant's Help Center or contact support.
