With Autopilot, rent payments are collected through TurboTenant and deposited directly into your linked bank account.
Processing times depend on whether you are using standard or expedited deposits.
Standard Rent Deposits
If you are not enrolled in a paid TurboTenant subscription:
Rent deposits typically take 5-7 business days to process
Funds are deposited directly into your connected bank account
Processing begins when the tenant successfully initiates payment — not on the rent due date.
Expedited Rent Deposits
If you are enrolled in a TurboTenant paid subscription that includes expedited deposits:
Rent deposits typically take 2–4 business days
Expedited processing shortens the deposit timeline but still depends on banking systems and ACH processing rules.
When Processing Begins
The deposit timeline starts when:
The tenant submits payment successfully
The payment clears the initial verification step
If a tenant schedules AutoPay, processing begins on the scheduled withdrawal date.
Weekends & Holidays
ACH transfers are only processed on business days. If a payment is initiated:
On a Friday → Processing begins the next business day, in this example, Monday.
On a weekend or federal holiday → Processing begins on the next business day
This can extend the timeline slightly.
