TurboTenant Refund Policy

Refund Request

TurboTenant will only review refund requests for the following:

  1. TurboTenant Subscription Charges

  2. Application & Screening Fees (paid by renters or landlords during the application process)


Refunds We Will NOT Review

The following items are not eligible for refunds through TurboTenant:

  • Rent payments

  • ACH or Credit/Debit Card Fees

  • NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fees These are charged by your bank, not TurboTenant, and cannot be refunded by us; you'll need to contact your bank.

  • Any other landlord-collected fees or charges- Completed payments deposited to landlords' accounts Renters should contact landlords directly to discuss refunds for these transactions, as TurboTenant cannot process them.

If you are expecting a refund for rent, a security deposit, or an NSF fee reversal, you will need to contact your landlord or your bank directly.


How to Submit a Request

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Accounting team.

Response time: 5–10 business days.


Important Notes

  • TurboTenant will not issue refunds related to landlord decisions or management issues (e.g., denied applications, communication disputes, or rental disagreements). Please partner with your landlord directly for those situations.

  • Each applicant must submit their own request - refunds cannot be requested on behalf of another applicant.

  • You must include the email address associated with the purchase. Failing to do so will result in delays.
