What is Livble?

Livble is a rent payment solution designed to help renters better manage their cash flow by splitting rent into 2, 3, or 4 smaller payments, without affecting when you get paid. If a renter chooses to use Livble, you’ll still receive the full rent amount upfront, directly through TurboTenant.

How Livble Benefits You As The Landlord

  • On-time Payments: You receive full rent upfront, even if your renter is paying Livble back in smaller chunks.

  • No Work on Your End: There's no setup required. Livble is an option available directly through the renter's dashboard.

  • Less Missed Rent: Flexible payment options can help reduce late or missed payments due to budget constraints.

How It Works (for Your Renters)

  1. The renter logs into their TurboTenant account and goes to the Payments tab.

  2. If eligible, they’ll see the Livble option.

  3. They choose a payment plan: 2, 3, or 4 installments.

  4. Livble pays you the full rent amount upfront.

  5. The renter repays Livble over their chosen schedule.

You are not impacted by how or when they pay Livble back. Your payment is processed up front and on time.

Eligibility Requirements (for Renters)

For a renter to use Livble:

  • Their rent due date must fall between the 28th of the previous month and the 9th of the current month.

  • They must have an outstanding rent balance of at least $100.

  • Their balance must be for recurring rent charges only; Livble does not cover one-time charges (e.g., utilities, deposits).

  • They must have made at least one successful rent payment through TurboTenant.

If any of these criteria aren’t met, they won’t see the Livble option in their dashboard.

Cost to Renters

Livble costs renters a $30 monthly service fee while they have an active balance with Livble. They are responsible for repaying their rent balance based on the schedule they select.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to do anything to enable Livble for my renters?
A: No. If your renter is eligible, the Livble option will automatically appear for them. Your rent payments will continue to be deposited as usual.

Q: Will I get paid late if a renter uses Livble?
A: Not at all. TurboTenant ensures you receive the full rent amount upfront, regardless of how your renter repays Livble.

Q: Does Livble affect my lease or rent terms?
A: No. Your lease and rent terms remain the same. Livble is simply a payment option offered to your renter through TurboTenant.

Q: What happens if my renter misses a payment to Livble?
A: You’re not impacted. Once Livble pays you upfront, any repayment issues are between Livble and the renter.
