A valid phone number is required to operate your TurboTenant account. This number is also shared when publishing your rental listing and is a requirement by our third-party listing partners.
Adding an invalid phone number such as "000-000-0000" or "123-456-7890"
will automatically result in the suspension of your TurboTenant account.
If you accidentally add an invalid phone number and are unable to log into your TurboTenant account, you'll need to get contact our Customer Support Team via chat or email and provide us with a valid phone number in order to reinstate your account.
