Phone Support Feature
Overview
TurboTenant offers scheduled calls for our Premium Plan subscribers. We offer scheduling calling as opposed to inbound calls to ensure that you're able to speak with a Support Specialist at your desired time. If you're interested in signing up for the Premium Plan you can do so by clicking here.
Premium Plan Subscribers
To schedule a call and speak directly with a Support Specialist, navigate to the Need Help icon in the lower-left corner of your account. From there click Schedule Call, from which you can choose a time that works best for you.
You'll go through a series of steps to provide your Specialist with relevant information designed to expedite the support process.
Fill out Session Information - So that our team of Specialists can provide you with an excellent experience, we ask that you provide information that matches the details listed on your account settings page.
Confirmation - A confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account. Please review the information to ensure its accuracy.
TurboTenant phone support operating hours, Monday- Friday 8 am-4 pm MST.
Did you miss your Scheduled Call?
If you missed your scheduled call or need to reschedule, we ask that you navigate to the Phone Support module in your Account and select a new time to schedule your next call.
Non-Premium Plan Accounts
The phone support feature is only included in the Premium Plan Subscription. If you're interested in signing up for the Premium Plan you can do so by clicking here. As a Premium Plan subscriber, you also receive prioritized chat support, in addition to phone support.
Tenants / Renters
Currently, phone support is only available to Landlords. You can reach out to our Support Specialists through your online portal or by sending an email to: support@turbotenant.com.
