After an applicant has submitted an online rental application and paid the associated fee, the fee is non-refundable. This policy is in place because we incur significant expenses from third-party companies, including credit card processing fees, transaction fees, screening fees, and hosting and infrastructure costs.
Due to these costs, we are unable to offer refunds for rental application fees once the application has been successfully submitted. More information about this policy can be found in our Terms of Use.
