There are a couple of reasons you may not be able to log into your account:
You have signed up, but you haven't confirmed your email
Your account has been suspended/closed
You are a renter and are on the incorrect login page
You entered the wrong email when signing up
When you sign up for TurboTenant, you are sent an email to confirm your email address. Click Confirm My Email within the email in order to verify your email and you should be able to log in. If you did not receive that email, please reach out to our support team via chat or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you are receiving the error message that your account has been suspended, please reach out to our support team via chat or email (email@example.com) for further details and assistance.
If you are a renter, not a landlord, please make sure you are logging in on the renter login page.
If you entered the wrong email, you can sign up with the correct email address here or you can reach out to our support team and we're happy to get the account email updated for you!
