1. Code or Keypad Issues
Verify Your Window: Your code is time-sensitive. It will not work before your start time or after your window ends.
Check the Lockbox ID: Match the ID number on the back of the lockbox with the one in your instructions to ensure you are at the correct unit.
Listen for Beeps: Ensure every button press makes a sound. After entering your full code, you must press the "Lock" icon in the center to engage the motor.
Keypad Lockdown: If you enter the wrong code 3 times, the box will alarm and freeze for 5–10 minutes. Please wait for the reset before trying again.
Wake the Keypad: If the buttons won't light up, firmly tap the face of the lockbox with your palm to "wake" the sensor.
2. Physical Issues (Jams or Obstructions)
The "Press & Pull" Method: If you hear the unlock beep but the face won't open, the keys inside may be jammed. Press the front panel firmly inward while entering the code, then pull.
Clear Obstructions: Gently turn the lockbox upside down or jiggle it to shift the internal keys, as they can occasionally block the locking mechanism.
Door Alignment: If you have the key but the door won't budge, try pushing or pulling the door toward you while turning the key to align the deadbolt.
