If your listing has been marked as “pending,” it means we’ve identified an issue with your listing and you need to make some changes before it can be syndicated to our third-party listing partners.
To get your property marketing online as soon as possible, please do the following:

Possible Listing Issues:
Alternate Application Fee or Link to Outside Application/Site
As a provider of an online application and screening tool, we do not list rentals with alternative application information or options. Since many of our costs are covered by our application/screening fee, we are not able to provide free marketing for users with an alternate application option. If you would like to accept our applications, please update or remove the language in your listing and let us know. We will be happy to turn on marketing for your rental.
Duplicate Listing
This rental has already been posted on TurboTenant by a different landlord or is already approved on your account.
Fair Housing Violations
Rental listings may not include language that violates the fair housing laws - learn more about Fair Housing here. We will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is in violation of the law.
Short-Term Listing
At this time, the TurboTenant platform is not designed for short-term, micro-rentals. It is geared toward landlords managing fixed-term or month-to-month rental properties. The rental listing must have a lease term of at least one month in order to be accepted by our marketing partners.
Non-Residential Listing
TurboTenant posts to sites that list residential properties, so we do not allow listings for commercial spaces, empty lots, garages, etc.
Invalid Address
The rental listing must include a valid US address in order to be accepted by our marketing partners.
Photo Issues
Photos containing the following are not permitted on TurboTenant:
An identifiable person or people
A company logo or watermark
Third-party screenshots/URLs
Commercial listings
Any photos that are discriminatory or violate the Fair Housing Act
Inappropriate content or content that violates our Terms of Use
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I Post My Rental For Rent If I Also Have It Listed For Sale? The answer is yes, but you may be asked to provide supporting documentation to continue marketing the property.
