Q: Do you have a monthly bill option?
A: Not yet! However, policies can be cancelled at any time, and customers will receive a pro-rata refund (a refund for any remaining time in the policy term).
Q: Can my policy begin in the future?
A: Yes. Policies can begin up to 30 days from your purchase date.
Q: What does this policy cover?
A: Renters insurance primarily covers personal property and personal liability. You may also be eligible for additional coverage for losses due to sewer/drain backup, identity fraud, earthquake, and more. 
Q: What is personal property coverage?
A: Personal property is anything you own, like furniture, clothes, and even computers. Personal property coverage would repay you in the event of a covered loss, like a fire or theft. This coverage extends to losses outside the home too, so you're set even if your laptop gets stolen from a coffeeshop.
Q: What is personal liability coverage?
A: Personal liability occurs in the event an accident, in or out of your home, that results in bodily injury or property damage that you are held legally responsible for. For example, you could be covered if someone falls in your home or a fire that begins in your apartment burns down your neighbor's home.
