I'm setting up rent payments and I forgot my password.

 

When enabling your bank account to start using TurboPay, you are given the option of instantly verifying your account by entering in your bank username and password. You are also asked to enter in your TurboTenant password.

If you forgot your password, log out of your TurboTenant account, log out of your account and  click "Forgot password" or click here to reset it.
