How do I know when someone applies to my property?

When someone applies to your property, you will receive an email notification to let you know that you've received an application. You can then log in to your TurboTenant account and view the application on the Renters Tab.

If the applicant does not pay the application fee, they will not be able to submit the application and it will not show up on the landlord's account. The easiest way to direct someone to your application is to invite them to apply. Click here to find out how to invite a prospect to apply.

Can people e-mail or phone me with general questions about the property before submitting an application?

Absolutely! Renters are always encouraged to contact the landlord directly prior to applying. The number you provide on your TurboTenant account will be listed publicly, and renters will also have the option to fill out a contact form that will be delivered to your inbox.
