Step 1 - Login to your TurboTenant account
Step 2 - Click Account in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and select Settings from the drop down menu.
Step 3 - Choose the text box you’d like to edit (name, company, email, or mailing address)
Step 4 - Edit your chosen field, and click Save
(Note: If you haven't done so already, you will be required to enter in your mailing address. This is used only in the event something important needs to be mailed to you. For example, a corrected screening report.)
Step 5 (Email Only) - Confirm Email change
After updating your email, you will receive an email from TurboTenant asking you to confirm the change. You'll need to click the link inside the email to save the changes to your address.
