How do I resend a screening request to an applicant?

If your applicant did not receive the screening request email, then you can resend the request through your TurboTenant account.

Step 1 - Login

Login to your Turbo Tenant account.

 

Step 2 - Click on Applicants

This will take you to a list of your applicants and their applications.

Step 3 - Click the Applicant

Click on the applicant that you would like to get a screening report for.

Step 4 - Click Resend Request
