How do I make a payment?



Step 1 - Login

Login to your Turbo Tenant account. 

Step 2 - Go to Payments

Step 3 - Click Make A Payment

If you have not set up your payment account, you will need to do so before you can make a payment. Read our article, "How do I add a payment account?" to find out how to do so.


Step 4 - Enter in Payment Details

The payment source will be the bank account that was set up as the payment account. The Memo field can be used to add a short description of the payment, i.e. "October Rent." Please note that there is a processing fee of $2.50 for e-check payments.




Step 5 - Click Continue

 After you have entered your payment details and checked the box to authorize the payment, you can click continue. You will have a chance to review and edit your information on the next page.Step 6 - Click Confirm

After you have reviewed your payment details, click Confirm to finalize your payment.

Step 7 - View your Receipt

Once you confirm your payment, you will be taken to a page where you can view and print your receipt.

TurboTenant Pro Tips

  • In order to make a payment, you must have a payment account added. Read our article, "How do I add a payment account?" to find out how to do so. To review your bank account information, go to My Profile.
  • You can view payment receipts by going to the Payments page and selecting View Receipt for any payment.
  • If you edit the payment source on the payment details page, the previous payment account will be replaced. Your account can only have one payment account.
