Does TurboTenant provide a lease document or written agreement for me?

No, TurboTenant does NOT provide any legal documents or written agreements for you at this time. We are currently looking for effective options for our landlords to use in the future. Until then, we recommend purchasing state-specific documents, like leases and rental agreements, on LawDepot.

You can add a “lease” to TurboTenant; however, it is only for organizational purposes. These leases allow you to easily group your tenant(s) and property together so you can keep track of important details and documents, all-in-one place. We recommend adding your applicants to a lease in TurboTenant and then uploading any important documents such as the lease agreement, condition report, move in/out checklists, etc..

It would be helpful to have a unauthorized pet lease violation letter for this system

    Thanks for the feedback, Annie!

We add new forms to the Landlord Toolbox periodically, and your suggestion lets us know what TurboTenant landlords would find most useful.
