Why can't applicants use the same email address on the application?

At the top of the tenant application, applicants will see the following message:

Explanation

TransUnion, the service that we use for tenant screening reports, links each individual to their report by their email address. Therefore, the same email address cannot be used for two different applicants.

What if Renters used the same email address on their applications?

If two applicants use the same email address they will need to contact support@turbotenant.com to resolve the issue.
