Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Properties tab:

Step 2 - Click on the property you wish to accept applications for:

Step 3 - Go to the Marketing tab and select the button to Accept Applications on the right:

Step 4 - To stop accepting applicants, select the Stop Accepting Applicants button.

It is possible you have a property in TurboTenant but haven't added a listing for that property yet. To have the ability to turn this functionality on or off, you'll need to add a listing first. To so do, just click complete my listing on the right-hand side of your page.

More TurboTips!

  • While you can accept applications, without marketing your property, you are unable to market your property without accepting applications. It's important to understand that TurboTenant is able to offer free marketing services to our landlords only through means of landlords using our application & screening services.

  • If your account is suspended or flagged it may be due to our team recognizing your activity as that of a 'broker'. While you may not be an official broker, it's important to understand that we define this term as any user who is attempting to market their property on our platform while trying to avoid using our applications and/or screening services.

  • When you turn on the online marketing option for a property, the property will automatically begin accepting applications.

  • If you stop accepting applications for a property, the property's marketing will automatically be turned off. It takes about 48 hours for the listing to be removed from the third-party listing sites we post to.
