Some landlords like to pay for the cost of the applicant's rental application. While our application fee is non-refundable and charged to the applicant at the time of application submission, there are some ways that you can reimburse your applicant's application fee as a landlord.
You may decide that you would like to reimburse an approved applicant's fee by applying the fee towards their first month's rent. The description section of your property listing would be a good place to let your tenants know about this offer because it appears on your listing website, property brochure, and syndicated listings on other listing websites.
