At this time, TurboPay is designed to be attached to a personal account, with a real name and Social Security Number that matches. For this reason, we will not be providing support for business accounts at this time.
Depending on your banking institution, a business account may be able to be used in TurboPay because of the way information is transferred from your bank to SynapsePay, our financial partner, but we will not be providing support or assistance for this feature at this time because of the nature of the situation.
We do plan on the add the ability to verify business accounts, so you can look forward to it in TurboPay 2.0.
