There are a few different reasons which can cause the "Make a Payment" button to be disabled:
1. In order to pay online, you must first be invited by your landlord before we can allow you to make a payment. If you have not received an invitation, please contact your landlord to ensure that they have invited you to TurboPay.
2. If you have been invited and recently added your bank account, it may be because this information is still processing in our system. It can take up to 48 hours for us to process your information and until this is complete, you will not be able to make a payment.
3. Your landlord has chosen to disable your make a payment button.
4. We are still verifying your landlord's information.
