How do I change my email address? - Tenants Only

Step 1 - Login to your TurboTenant account


Step 2 - Click Settings

Click the Settings Icon in the Tabs on the left side of the screen. 


Step 3 - Edit the information and click Save Changes

Here, you can make changes to the name, email, and phone number fields. To edit the email, simply delete the old email and enter in the new email address.



Step 5 - Confirm your Email




 You will be sent an email, asking you to confirm the email change, once you have clicked the link in the email, the change will be complete.
